Columbia Distributing Signs LOI with RNDC For Washington, Oregon Wine & Spirits Biz; Alaska Agreement Too

Another piece of Republic National Distributing Company’s business appears to be on the move. Columbia Distributing has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire “certain wine and spirits distribution rights” in Oregon and Washington state, as well as “an asset arrangement in Alaska.”
